Using a combination of nature, solitude, mindfulness, compassion, personal stories, exploratory self-awareness exercises, poetry, music, movement and group discussions, Dr. Golden invites you to rediscover the powers that lie inside you and to recognize your authentic voice.
Through a series of heart-to-heart group exercises, visualizations, meditations, creative writing assignments, emotional release, inner child work, art therapy, integrative body movements, and time alone in nature, you will take this extraordinary journey with a small group of individuals just like you…
The retreat includes 7 nights accommodation, including breakfast, lunch & dinner daily, with health snacks in between!
Local forest, cave & mountain walks, enjoying the tranquility of nature. Massage & art workshops throughout your trip.
Throughout the retreat guests will learn mindfulness techniques across a selection of workshops, meditation classes & one to one interview sessions with Dr. Golden.
The retreat includes multiple self discovery exercises, group activities & physical reflection time.
